I made homemade applesauce and have been giving it to her once a day. I don't really do it any specific time of the day just usually when I have time to prepare it.

Once usually in the morning before we head out the door anywhere I’ve been giving him a few bites of rice cereal but was told to switch to oatmeal by his doctor. I’ve also been putting fruit/vegis in his silicone feeder and let him taste food off my plate.
