This was the first cycle when I decided I wasn’t going to actively TTC. I didn’t temp, didn’t symptom spot, didn’t time intercourse. I just went with the flow. I did record the dates of intercourse in the app and I checked my cervix from time to time. It just so happened that this month was the most active we’ve ever been during my fertile period. It wasn’t planned. We just couldn’t get enough of each other that week. We had sex every single day of my fertile week and predicted ovulation day. And here today I go to the bathroom and I see a tiny red clot and two tiny pink wet spots on toilet paper. I’m not normally a spotter. And if so it’s 1 day before. My period was expected in the next 3 or 4 days. I’m a 29-30 day girl. Never early. I go back to the bathroom to see a larger pink spot on the paper. I check my cervix. It feels lower than the last few days but closed. I can’t fit my usual fingertip in that I normally can before ovulation or AF. When I take my finger out I see bright red. I’m bleeding. Even when I have MORE sex than usual and cover all possible o dates. Not only do I fail to conceive but now I’ve had a mysteriously short cycle. One more thing to worry about. I check all of my past data. I haven’t had a cycle this short in all of my 2 years of TTC.

Don’t mind me. Just sad and confused.
