Are these signs/symptoms promising?

4dpo: cramping, these felt like period cramping. 
5dpo: more cramping 
6dpo: more cramping, sharp pains like being poked with a stick in my right lower pelvis. 
7dpo: dizziness(feel like I am falling and it makes me dizzy to move my head) cramping.
8dpo: more dizziness, more cramping super mild though and nausea from being dizzy. 
9dpo(today): more dizziness and nausea, waves of hot flashes, back pain and sore breasts. 
Took a test at 7dpo and it was negative. My period is in 5 days.

Unfortunately, you can’t have pregnancy symptoms before 7dpo, so whatever you felt before then was not pregnancy related.

I’m afraid to say... these are my usual pms symptoms and do t forget we notice even more now that we are looking out for something! Try and relax x

Symptoms dont mean anything because they are the same for AF. So dont symptom spot and just wait and see if your period comes and test if it doesnt show. Women drive themselves crazy reading into each symptom; convincing themselves they could be pregnant based on symptoms alone and that leads to SO much disappointment! (Weve all done it!!!) So try to relax and be patient and let your body work its magic! Fun fact: the month I conceived,  I had ZERO symptoms! So again symptoms dont mean much because your body can do crazy things! Good luck!!!
