I got pregnant on birth control with my first, the first month trying with my second, and I’m going on almost a year trying for my third with one miscarriage.... it can vary even with someone who has been very fertile in the past.

Okay. Im super fertile. Got my ovaries check and I have 3!! Two on my right side, its rare. Couldnt find much out about my condition through research. The doctor confirmed it and I was told I was 50 % more likely to conceive multiples due to hyper ovulation and 3 ovaries heavy periods yada yada. Well it took me 14 months after my 3rd miscarriage to get pregnant with only one little girl. And im currently going on month 7 ttc number 2.

I’m super fertile according to my doctor, I have 2 back to back pregnancies with no period in between (not intentional but I’m so blessed to have them). So I got pregnant both times on first “try” or unprotected sex
