How do I turn her down gently?

There’s a coworker that likes me. She really isn’t ugly (but I’m not lesbian or bi). I leave for college 2 hours away & she said that’s no problem, she’ll drive. I don’t know how to turn her down gently because I’ll feel bad 😪 It’s different when it’s a girl than a guy lol. Maybe because I’m emotional so I think they’re as emotional as me 😂 idk but help lol

Just because she's a girl doesn't mean you need to be nicer when rejecting her. 
Just tell her you aren't interested and you are into GUYS not GIRLS. If you are too nice with rejection she may either be offended or encouraged to keep pursuing you.

Honesty is the best policy here. Just tell her the truth. It's hard, but you don't want her to feel like you are leading her on either. If you want to remain friends then make that very clear. Yes, women are more emotional then most men, but that doesn't necessarily mean she will take you turning her down any worse than a guy would. You can try to sugar coat it if you really want to, but try to be as brutally honest as possible. Example would be "I am not interested in being with another woman. I am only attracted to men. However, I really want us to remain friends, just not anything more than that." 
Don't drag it out, and try not to wait too long. That way there's no misunderstandings or confusion. Good luck hun.
