I’m looking for an eyeliner to put on my waterline, do you guys have any recommendations?

Might sound weird but trust me this stuff stays on all day and doesnt smear or move its the only thing ill use because anything else will have me looking like a raccoon at the end of the day. Only thing i use for the waterline
