I honestly don't see why not. It will only help you build good flora. Only thing i could think is if you see some kind of adverse effects with baby. Highly unlikely unless baby has an allergy to some of the ingredients in the probiotics.

I use this brand. I was never told I had to stop taking them when I breastfed my first, and I’m due in a few weeks and plan on continuing to take while breastfeeding. I take probiotics for digestive reasons and to help prevent yeast infections.
