How far along when you told parents?

I'm 9 weeks 3 days, 3rd baby, and 39 years old! 
I was waiting for my health insurance to kick in before my first appointment.
Finally getting my first ultrasound tomorrow! 
It's been SO hard not telling my parents yet! But I just want to make sure everything looks ok at the ultrasound tomorrow before telling anyone!!

I like to be left alone during losses. I don’t cope around others wel when I’m miserable...even my awesome folks.
I wait till 13-14 weeks. This after a 12 week ultrasound and harmony results.

Not telling anyone until 12 weeks. Only people that know are my husband and doctors.

Yeah, I had announced to everyone another pregnancy at 6 weeks and miscarried a few days later :( my other two kids I had insurance already and went in at 6 weeks and announced after ultrasound. Trying to make it a surprise but don't want to get sad news at the ultrasound since it's later than I usually got them.

We are waiting till our next ultrasound to tell family. Which will be perfect timing because we will be traveling to see my mom right after my appointment.

I've always told my parents right away. But then again, I've always told everyone right away lol

The first time, I told my mom the second I got a positive test. I ended up miscarrying and I am so happy that I told her because she drove two hours to the hospital and stayed with me a few days to console my husband and I. 
This current pregnancy was no different. I need her support regardless of what happens :)

I'm 40 and told them at 7 weeks. We have had losses, so we usually try to wait. However, we were in the same city for one weekend. This time we spilled the news earlier than we felt comfortable under the guise of potential good news.  It's baby #2 and our last so I figured it was worth the risk of telling them to early, if we could do it in person.
