So I have not bled even one drop since I got pregnant, but now I went to wipe after peeing and there was a little blood on the toilet paper. I feel fine today, but lately I have felt more pressure and discomfort in the abdominal area. Again, felt fine today. I don't know what to do. I've heard that bleeding is normal sometimes. And it's past work hours so my ob's office is closed. I'm 22 weeks along. Help! How do you decide when it's time to seek medical help?
