TTC fertility questions and testing

Hi ladies,

I had my son almost 10 years ago I got pregnant after 4 months without tracking ovulation.

I am now 32 and remarried we have been trying for 8 months ( tracking ovulation and trying all the tricks I see on here).

I am getting established with a new primary care doctor this month.

What testing should I request or how do I get the ball rolling?

My son, my spouse and I are all getting older and nothing seems to give so far and it’s been emotionally draining on me.

Any advice would seriously help so much.
