IUD removed in May after 5 years. We're now pregnant!

I had Mirena for exactly 5 years (May 2010) after I had my daughter at the age of 27. My husband and I decided we're ready for our next one so we had it removed in May 10th when it's due to be removed anyway. I had my first heavy period the last week of May. My period has been regular since, every 28 to 29 days. My father-in-law passed away August 28th and it has been difficult since. He's my husband's best friend and he was a "father" to me. The week after his death I've been vomiting and I stayed exhausted all day, thinking it's anxiety for I've been upset due to our loss.

The sick feeling went on for a couple of weeks. September 17th was the 28th day of my cycle and I decided to use an Ept that evening due to never ending nausea and tiredness. We we're hoping but weren't expecting we'll be this fortunate, but I did test positive that day.

This has been a painful year but a huge blessing. I'm now 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant and will be listening to our baby's heartbeat a week from today.

I've used this app religiously since May.
