Coworkers comment

Today i told one of my coworkers that we were expecting, we had a mc in December and she was aware...her reaction was to hug me and then reply “be careful this time” then i had just grabbed a tiny bag of chips and she looked at me in disgust and said “that’s not being careful, i have a Apple If you’d like it” i expresses that i just had yogurt and grapes and was fine (i don’t eat chips often as it is) i really didn’t know how to react to her or what to say, i was very upset about her comments! Was i overreacting? Sorry i needed to vent my husband told me to not take it so seriously but i thought it was so wrong
