Let me re write this

Ok so I was about to take a shower. I went to adjust the head of the shower the plastic price where the water comes out usually like a light rain shower. But as soon as I moved it it flew off and landed in the tub and the water shoot out like a rocket of water flew at me. I dodged it so I don’t think it hit me at all in my stomach but if it did would I know if it did any damage. Like internal bleeding and or any body injury to me. From the powerful jet of water that came out of the hole that usually is covered by the shower plastic head. It seemed pretty powerful but just scared. So please be nice. I do have general anxiety so please comment
