HELP PLEASE deff TMI

So I haven’t had sex in a while and Ik the last few times I did they said they didn’t have any std well I started seeing someone pretty serious and we finally did it well after four days of not being able to keep our hands off each other I felt like I was getting a yeast infection but I took the antibiotics and doing the cream and nothing is helping I looked down there after my shower with a mirror and it looks like I have a white sore and white line at the opening is that normal with a yeast infection?? I just can’t sleep I’m slightly freaking out
