Has everyone had implantation bleeding?

I didnt have implantation bleeding with my daughter, i didnt know i was preg with her till i got so dizzy and nauseas driving that I litterally swerved off the street parked and threw up. Went home and took a test and got a positive. But i never had implantation bleeding or i never noticed it. So did i just not notice it or did i just not have it?

I had it with this pregnancy it was just pink spot on tissue when I wiped one time and it never came back.
