Exhausted but sleeping - anyone else?

Hi all. I’m exhausted. My babe is 12 weeks old and pretty much sleeps through the night (we co-sleep). I wake up every 2-4 hours for him to nurse, but otherwise I’m sleeping what seems like enough to me but I’m exhausted. Anyone else?

That was me for months with my son. I don’t think punctuated sleep like that is as restful as solid sleep. Plus breastfeeding is soooo physically draining.

My daughter is 3 months and sleeps from 8/9pm-6am and i wake to pump through the night and cant help but also randomly wake to check on her. She nurses every 2 hours on the dot during the day. I feel like a walking zombie. Even if i try to nap during the day when she does its not for long and never a deep sleep. Ive thought about trying to get a couple hours rest when my bf is home and he will feed her with expressed milk but I automatically wake when she cries and am super paranoid on hindering my supply.

You need to make sure you're getting heaps more nutrients in as baby takes everything. Lots of food, lots of water, your prenatal too
