my baby is in the nicu, two days old today. i’m really struggling with not getting to take him home for a few weeks and i know someone always has it worse but it has just been extra hard, especially since he is such a new baby and i am such a new mom. he is so precious and progressing so well, i just can’t seem to stop crying and it’s so frustrating! i love him more than anything in the whole world. i can’t wait until he can come home with me and i get to do all of the hard things with him. he is incredible.
