Make a large batch of ginger tea. Just boil some water and then add slices of ginger to it and let it boil some more: pour in a large jar and have it ice cold or hot however you like it will help a lot

Have you tried vitamin b6? I took that twice a day and then with the night time dose I took a half a tablet of unisom.
