My son is breastfed, we just gave a bottle (with my milk) the first time. He forsure has a decrease in wet diapers. It’s scaring. Me! One night he didn’t pee for 12 hours! There are about 8/9 diaper changes in 24 hours but we change him if the line in the outside of his diaper changes color so maybe it isn’t considered a “full pee”? I can pump out 3 oz at a time, idk...

He has a slight tongue tie maybe that is hurting his ability to suck? He’s always been smaller and is gaining weight but slowly (7 weeks today up to about 7 lbs 10 oz from 6 lbs 3 oz) we have a lactation consultant coming today and are in the process to switching drs/making appointments. He doesn’t seem dehydrated. (Not sunken soft spot, eyes lubricated. Wet mouth)
