Just curious . What has helped you get pregnant ?

After i was told i wasnt gonna be able to convince , last year in December i took on a full vegetarian diet , i took maca root , vitex amd royal jelly for 5 months and ended up pregnant . and im 14 weeks and healthy as can be .
