Hey everybody..so i got tonsillitis last week and my right tonsil was very red and it hurt so much.I took antibiotics and i got better.But this morning i wake up and i had sore throat but it didn’t hurt that much.When i looked in the mirror i saw one of these little white things and i spray it with one throat spray and it fell.Then i fall asleep again.And when i wake up my tonsil looks like this:

You can see how red my tonsil is.My mother said that it is because of the white thing but im scared.Can someone please calm me down and tell me their opinion cause im freaking out.Sorry for the mistakes.English is not my native language.
