Short naps ugh!
I did not think I would still be dealing with short naps at 13 months old! My son wakes up after a sleep cycle and rarely puts himself back to sleep. I worry he isn’t getting enough rest. When is he going to grow out of this? Any tips on how to help him connect sleep cycles? Anyone else still have a short napper?
