Temperature problem
Hello everyone!
Ive gone off the pill about seven months ago. I want to use the fertility awareness method as a birth control so Ive been tracking my cycles (CM temperature etc) for 3 months.
Ive noticed that my temperature does not stay higher after ovulation. It goes up about 1 degree for 1 day or 2 than goes back down. Ive read that its suppose to stay higher until period.
Is it normal?
