Simple healthy way to keep this in check is add a pinch...only a pinch trust me...of ground flax seeds once a week or once every 2 weeks ....if prunes arnt doing the trick...they wont taste the ground flax and it works like a charm

I have my son a little bit of pureed prunes to help him poop when he was constipated and it helped. He was pooping like your LO before the prunes.

This was what my LO’s poop looked like for over a month. Out pediatrician said it was borderline constipation and had us up his water intake to 3oz a day and upped his P fruits/veggies, prunes, pears, peas, etc. did that for a few weeks and little to no improvement so he started us on a low dose of miralax to get him regular and it is helping SO much! Apparently even babies on solids should have poop no harder than soft serve ice cream.🤷🏻‍♀️
