Kicks and movement?

Im 16 weeks.  First baby. When are movements felt?  I was told since i was on the more petite size (pre-pregnancy weight at 125) that it will be felt earlier.. any truth to that?

This is my first pregnancy and I’m on the thinner side. Was before pregnancy at 109lbs and I first felt his movements at 13/14weeks I’m now almost 20 weeks and the movements have only gotten stronger and more frequent. I can actually see his movements and little thumps now. My husband was even able to feel the babies movements at 16weeks. Such a crazy thing!

I felt flutters starting at 13 weeks. I'm 16 weeks now and movements are way more noticable and strong. I'm on the skinnier side as well. This is my 2nd baby though and I don't remember feeling movements until at least 17 weeks my first time around. Everyone is so different though!

They say average is 18-20 weeks but I’ve felt my LO since about 14 weeks! Just getting stronger, I’m also thinner than most people ☹️

Depends if you have an anterior placenta or not. I had one with my first and didn’t feel movement until 23 weeks.
