Could this be a symptom?

Could loss of appetite be a pregnancy symptom?? Because I usually EAT ALOT before my AF comes but lately have lost my petite and felt sick to my stomach but no vomit just cramping as well on my cervix/pelvis area. AF hasn’t shown and hopefully she doesn’t !
