Little white floaties in my pee not toilet paper either ... what does it mean??
I read a girls post she got it well she was pregnant 
Has anyone noticed this?

If you eat something sweet it will show up little flakes. It’s sugar related

I get it every now and again and dont have any infections. Best to talk to your dr though
