First postpartum poop 💩
This is probably TMI, but as a FTM I was really petrified of the first postpartum poop. I have a second degree tear and a fair amount of general nether-region discomfort. Also haven’t had pain meds other than ibuprofen.
But the hospital was giving me stool softeners, and the first poop was not anywhere near as bad as I was expecting!
Just wanted to post in case y’all were also worrying. Take your stool softeners and fret not, ladies! 😂
