I raise my nephew whom is 3y/o I have his entire life I have custody & mom has visitation every other weekend that just recently started

Be getting him on Friday she just pops up sometimes I’m not even home because I can’t sit around & wait for her so this weekend I had to work out of town & of course mom waits until the day of to tell me she’s outside my house not when she’s headed to me or even yesterday that she would still be picking up, I told her she has to communicate better & wait until it’s her weekend again I can not hold off my life because you don’t know how to communicate.
