Should I be worried???

I went to the hospital yesterday and got a blood test done. I am pregnant. I would be roughly 4 weeks and 4-5 days. I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was a small amount of light pink blood with a small bit of red blood in it. It wasn’t a lot, just a little.

I’m trying to stay calm. I called my doctor, but he’s not in today. The nurse told me there is nothing they can do for me. She said all I can do is take it easy and drink lots of water. If I start bleeding heavy for 2 hours I’m to go to the ER. Other than that there is nothing anyone can do for me. She didn’t tell me if it’s normal or anything. I am scared. Should I be worried??
