How can you tell you are pregnant?

I can usually tell I’m pregnant before tests will show. I start getting nauseous between 7-9 DPO. It has happened with all my pregnancies. Wondering if any one else has any other symptoms before results show up on the test.

I get a temp of 99.1. Every time. I get a soar lower back. 50% of the time headache. 50% extreme tired or extreme alertness. Soar boobs. Bleeding gums or gum inflammation. Excess cm. And my lh tests go back up CD 6 to 7.

The first 2 times I was pregnant I felt ALL the symptoms. This time around, I didn’t feel anything. I missed my period and decided to test, fully thinking itd be negative and not wanting to get excited and it was positive.
