Sashimi during pregnancy, guilty or not?

I eat sushi, rare steak, deli meat. Pretty much anything I want to eat. The risk in eating it is that you might get sick. And if you get sick it may hinder your pregnancy. But if you eat these things from reputable places that you’ve always eaten at and haven’t gotten sick you probably won’t get sick now. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Before I was pregnant I ate sushi (esp sashimi) ALL the time. As in 1-2x a week. I never once got sick from it. 
So guess what? I eat sashimi now too. And don’t feel the least bit guilty.

I get sushi rills that have no fish , like avocado rolls or cucumber avocado rolls.

I ate cooked sushi at my favorite place after researching online what was safe. Most menus have an asterisk to tell what’s cooked/smoked and what’s raw.
