Protein shakes??? Advice needed!!
I’m 10 weeks pregnant, been struggling with all day morning sickness. I’m doing awful with getting my protein in because I’m not eating much. I’m exhausted and know not having protein doesn’t help.
I’m super picky eater, I don’t eat any vegetables...I know I know, but after 28 years on earth, I still can’t force myself to eat them lol
In the past I’ve tried some smoothies with protein powder but the powder just tastes horrible, looking for any recommendations on a protein powder that is tolerable for a picky eater!! And any smoothie recipes! I do love fruit. But putting veggies in a smoothie, I won’t be able to do. I’ll just throw up 🤢
