If that’s the Walgreens brand I wouldn’t trust it. I got a clear positive and wasn’t pregnant

I just took a digital and it states Not Pregnant!!! 
Now I’m really confused. I did take them pretty close back to back the regular first then the digital after so I wonder if it’s diluted pee and maybe that’s why it didn’t show???? Anyone else have this happen to them??

UPDATE: it was either a false positive or a chemical pregnancy. My bleeding has been strange and a lot heavier than usual
