Vitamins for healthy sperm?

Has anyone's SO taken vitamins to boast healthy sperm? If so what brand? My husband and I are TTC baby #1. We are worried that the medication he is on is reducing his sperm count. We haven't gone to a doctor yet since we've only been trying for 2 months. Any advice is appreciated.

If he’s not big into taking a bunch of vitamins, he can just take a multivitamin. My bf does.. we’re TTC as well.
