Ultrasound at 9 weeks

Hey ladies! So i had my first ultrasound today and im not too familiar with the ramzi theory or and old wives tails lol so would anyone give me an opinion on what you think? The baby’s heartbeat was 170 and ill also post the ultrasound pic too. Thanks!
