I would treat it as a new cycle to better see a pattern. You want 3 higher temps from previous 6 to confirm ovulation but BBT only shows ovulation after the fact. If temp keeps rising the next few days I'd say ovulation so I would BD now to be sure. I'm sorry for your loss
