I came off cerelle pill late April. I had a break through bleed 3weeks later and then AF 3weeks after that. Since then I’ve had 2 35 day cycles. The first one I never got a positive opk however the second cycle I got a positive opk on CD25.(but AF spotting started on CD35)

I’ve tried preseed this month. Any advice on an supplements to take? Help to ovulate sooner?
