CIN 2 HPV

My colposcopy results came back and it wasn’t with my usual doctor being that she was on vacation so my results was sent to me through an app and it basically says CIN 2 which I looked up online and found out what it is. I’m already prepared for any procedures to be done but I do want to know how long do I have to restrain from being Intimate with my partner? Will he get it too? Will there be any health problems on his end?
