What does this mean?! I got “peak” fertility this morning but my temp was this...I wish I understood this better! Can anyone help?

There's a post that's pinned to the top of this group page that helps you understand tracking bbt. Basicallu, after ovulation, your temperature is higher than before you ovulated (like 0.4 of a degree, but it can be different for every woman). So when you want to find out when you ovulated, temp every day (like you've been doing) and watch for a temp that's at least 0.2 of a degree higher than the previous 6 temps. Once you see that, it's possible you ovulated the day before, but you have to watch your temp for the next 2 days. If those temps are also higher than those same 6 temps, then you can confirm ovulation happened at the last low temp. Typically once your temp is risen, it's too late to try for a baby. Either the egg is dead and gone or fertilized. This is why bbt is used to confirm that you are ovulating, but it does not predict impending ovulation. I recommend using opks to know when that might be. And keep in mind you can get a positive opk and not ovulate (like if you have pcos, or if you're stressing out a lot), which is why tracking your bbt is important. So with that, I don't see ovulation yet in your cycle. Keep temping the see what happens.

I don't know if comparing to my chart helps. I don't pay attention to glow when they tell me I'm high fertility. But you can see a couple days after I got my positive, my temp went up. This month is actually way different from my past cycles. I normally have a slow rise and it's hard to tell when it happened.
