I respond to so many fertilaid posts so I apologize if you've already heard from me lol My husband and I used fertilaid after almost 3 years of trying and hot pregnant first month. My husband's cousin used it a few months before me and it gave her a period  (she usually only has 2 a year) and she got pregnant the first month using it. We both have sons 5 weeks apart. She was trying 5 years before fertilaid.
