We don’t live close to family but we try to have them visit or see our LO as much as we can manage. My LO started reacting so upset to other people a few weeks ago (when she turned 3 months).

In laws are visiting and I feel so bad, she just gets instantly upset by them looking at her and they are here for whole weekend. They don’t want to distraught her either but it’s hard. When will this phase pass?? Not like I want her in everyone’s arms but she’ll look at a face that’s not me or her daddy and gets upset.

My MIL has it in her head that she must visit every two weeks but that’s difficult for us. I know exposure will help but we want our weekends as a family unit too, plus I don’t want her upset all day. Anyone else? 😔
