Rh factor, blood incompatibility

Hi all!

I am 6 weeks and 6 days pregnant as of today. ( this is my first pregnancy)Yesterday, I had a positive indirect coombs test and the doctor advised me to go through more detailed tests for blood incompatibility.

I am Rh(-) and my husband’s blood type is Rh(+), which is likely to cause problems in my pregnancy. Has anyone experienced something like this? I would really appreciate if you could comment and share your experience.
