iUD not pill

Ok so I got my IUD (Kyleena) put in Thursday, and had sex on the Friday. The guy seems to think that he touched it and it poked a hole in the condom.... what can I do it says I should wait 7 days before having sex. I’m gonna worry about possibility being pregnant.
