Hey my husband brought home a 8 weeks old kitten last week. Kitten has been doing great until last night. Granted this kitten had tons of fleas when it came home but I had given it a dawn bath and got rid of almost all of them. Last night we got the kitten out of its kennel and the cat was crying, laying on its side and didn’t move and walk out of cage like usual. We pulled it out on its blanket and the cat was obviously dying. Unresponsive, cold, paralyzed and had already released its bowels. We were in total shock, I put a little syrup on its lips thinking maybe low sugar?? And put some hot hands and a blanket around it. Hours later the cat was asleep I guess and breathing slow. We had no idea what to do because he was so far gone. (This was 2 in the morning now) so we put him back in cage and wrapped him up, and went to bed, cause honestly I knew there was nothing else we could do, and the kitten was in no pain. My husband got up this morning to check on the guy and he is crying in the cage walking around!!! He let the cat out and fed the cat and now it’s back to normal!!! Running playing and eating!!!! WHAT THE WORLD HAPPENED???? I’m in total shock!!! Anyone else have a experience like this?????
