I had one shot of depo in December I only had one shot and didn’t go back in March for a shot I’ve had bleeding but wouldn’t call them periods as I normally bleed for 5 days or maybe longer before depo, but now I keep bleeding for like 1-2 days not Evan all day for the1-2 days just like a bit every so often, I bled last month on the 27th and it was for about 1-2 days not much. And I’ve just started again today, got all the cramps just so confused whats actually going on because I’ve not had regular periods, and in June I bled and may but not regular and only 1-2 days again!

Very frustrated about it, can anyone relate to me? It’s been 8 months since I had the a shot and 5 months ago since it ran out, what an heck is going on???
