Period?

Question

I am 3 days late on my period.. no period symptoms yet which is unusual for me & only very lightly spotting. Could this possibly be implantation bleeding? 
Took a test this morning and it was negative.
Any advice is welcome!

Implantation bleeding cannot happen if your period is late.
It could be early pregnancy spotting or your period. No way to know unless you take a pregnancy test...

Thank you ladies! I’m actually usually due on around the end of the month however my period came a week and a half early last month so according to the app I was due on 07/08.. I took a pregnancy test this morning that came back negative so I guess I’ll just wait and see if my period follows in the next few days!
