PUPPP or Cholestasis?

Hi ladies. I had severe red rashes on my tummy at first for about a week ago and last night i had itchiness all over my body, my back, palms, feet, elbow which looks like a white small dots and its super itchy. I called my Dr and he said that it can't be cholestasis and told me to come meet hin tomorrow in the morning. I am scared as it says that changes of stillbirth is high and possibility of baby producing meconium. I'm 39 weeks and baby movements are great so far. Please share your experience.
