I went in for my 8 week appt on Thursday (3rd pregnancy). I’ve been feeling different than the others (no vomiting or nausea at all). The ultrasound showed a gestational sac and yolk sac but no baby. All my pregnancy tests are positive so I had to take misoprostol to cause a miscarriage basically. I took it Thursday night and had a lot of cramping but no bleeding yet. Doctor said if nothing happens by tomorrow night or Monday morning, might need a d&c. I just want this to be done and wish I’d just start bleeding and be done. I’m so anxious about it and just want to be done and try to get pregnant again.
