Looming for help with ovulation

So, my app says that I ovulated yesterday and that I’m 1 dpo today. However, yesterday is when I had my blazing positive OPK. So does that mean I should still be having sex and I didn’t truly ovulate yesterday? It’s all a little confusing to me. Help please!
